North Beach Vacations and North Beach Realty aren't competitors, partners, or lookalikes — they're two sides of the same locally owned company.

For more than three decades, our team has worked from a single office on Highway 17 in North Myrtle Beach, doing two things: helping families find the perfect beach vacation, and helping people buy and sell property along this stretch of the Grand Strand. Over the years those two jobs turned out to be one job. The guest who rents an oceanfront condo in Cherry Grove this summer is often the buyer asking about units in that same building two years later. The owner who buys a beach house through our sales team frequently hands us the keys to rent it for them.

Because both divisions share one roof, our agents know the buildings we sell the way property managers do — the HOAs, the rental histories, the elevators that got replaced and the ones that didn't. And our rental team prices and markets properties with a broker's understanding of what they're actually worth. That overlap is the whole point of the North Beach name.
